Retro 1994 Bulgaria Home Soccer Jersey. The 1994 World Cup in the USA will forever stay memorable in the hearts of all Bulgarians. It was so special because Bulgaria managed to get an unrepeated result to this day in this kit, by qualifying to the semi-finals. The team was lead by Hristo Stoichkov, who was in his prime years at 28, and part of the legendary Barcelona dream team. The team was led by Cruyff, who won four La Ligas in a row, largely due to Stoichkov's goal-scoring prowess. After an initial loss against Nigeria in their first group match, Bulgaria still hadn't ever recorded a World Cup win. However, their fortunes heavily changed after a spectacular 4- 0 win against Greece, followed by a shock win against Argentina. With Sirakov scoring the 90th-minute goal to push Argentina to third place and secure second place for Bulgaria.  After Stoickhov scored against Mexico in the 6th minute, it took penalties to see Bulgaria through to the quarter-finals. In an upset of the tournament, Bulgaria overturned a 1- O deficit against Germany, with Letchkov scoring the winner against Germany after Stoickhov tied the score at 1-1.
